Miles and Helen with the School MascotOur school just put on a really fun Harvest Hoedown for all of the families at Sacred Heart. The kids got to pick pumpkins off the front lawn of the school, and then later that evening we had a Square Dance and dinner. Games were set up and our Mascot The Cardinal made a very special appearance. Miles entered into the Scarecrow contest and both he and Mommy entered two different recipes into the baking contests. Miles made Pumpkin Muffins and Mommy made Pumpkin Cookies. Miles won an award for his baking entry. Way to go Miles!!!!!
What a great event this was. Can't wait to see what our school does next.
